| A master log report of your shipments can be recorded and sent from Amerikit to help keep track of your orders. The report will include any or all of the asset tag information, order number, purchase order number, shipping location, and tracking information. | ||
Customer specific SW and HDW installation
| Installing hardware into computers you recently purchased can be time-consuming and frustrating. Amerikit can install hardware and peripherals into computers so they are ready for use out of the box. Installations include but are not limited to memory, hard drives, optical drives, NIC cards, modems, video cards and other peripherals. Our engineers will test the computers to make sure the system recognizes the component installed. This is an extra quality check to make sure the computers arrive in working order and will help keep the deployment on schedule. |

Warehousing / Staged Delivery of product
Amerikit can store your products and stage the delivery to support the logistical needs of your deployment plan. This service is a tremendous advantage when space at the deployment location is limited or when your organization has a limited amount of staff to support the deployment. Our Project Managers will arrange to have the proper amount of your product at your deployment location on the day that you need it.
We can also arrange to have experienced technicians dispatched to your site to augment your staff or handle the deployment completely if needed.
Restoration Disk / Partition

Amerikit can create custom restore disks of your supplied image to ensure rapid backup in emergency situations. This reduces computer downtime and is a quick way to configure your system with all your relevant settings and applications. Another option instead of using media is to use PC Angel. This tool allows you to instantly restore your system by the press of a button. | Using PC Angel, Amerikit creates a restoration partition of your custom image on your hard drive that can be easily restored to the client machine if there is a hardware failure. This restoration process greatly reduces support time and costs for your help desk.
Hard disk failures are addressed by the creation of recovery discs. User data can be preserved, by automatic back up before the recovery process or the drive can be formatted as part of the restoration. |
